YOUR PREPARATION:
The first step is to gather your thoughts, ideas, and web site materials.  This includes gathering your business plan, any graphics or logos you have had created, verbiage for your site, determination of what you want to call your new business (if applicable), log-in information for your current web site or hosting service (if applicable), and 2-3 other websites which you like the look, feel, concept and/or design.

CONTACT LANITECH:
You can choose to contact Lanitech via our Online Contact Form -or- call us.  If you contact us via our online form, you will receive a phone call from a Lanitech representative within 1 business day.  If you contact us via phone, a representative would be more than happy to discuss the scope of your project.

SET UP AN APPOINTMENT:
When you speak with a Lanitech representative they will set up a meeting time that is convenient for you during business hours.  We can even come to your office!  Business hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

THE MEETING:
During the meeting you will have the opportunity to share and discuss your ideas and website plan, as well as exchange information / graphics / documents and show us other sites you may like or design ideas / concepts of other web sites.  It is not absolutely necessary that you set up a meeting.  We would also be more than happy to handle your project via phone, email, and fax.

WEB SITE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT:
Once the meeting has commenced, Lanitech will assemble a custom web development agreement which is customized for your project.  The agreement will include an outline of your website pages and navigation, web components (i.e., Flash shows, slideshows, online forms, PDF forms, etc.), when we'll begin work, start and finish dates, and the price.  Simply review the contract, sign it, and make the deposit to begin production!

WORK BEGINS:
On the date indicated on your contract your design will begin at Lanitech.  Within a few days we will email you a "mock" of your homepage which is simply a JPG snapshot of the design and navigation for your site.  During this phase, you can make changes such as swapping out photos, moving buttons, changing button text, changing colors, and moving graphics around.  Once the mock is designed to your liking, your mock will be spliced up into segments, uploaded to your website, and the navigation will be built.

ONCE YOUR SITE IS BUILT:
Once your site design and navigation is uploaded you'll be contacted for content and materials to post, as well as asked to review and edit items which have already been posted. 

YOUR SITE IS DONE!:
When your site is complete it will be prepped for search engine friendliness and submitted to the major search engines.  We use the search engine's free submittal tools.  Your site can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 months to appear on the search engines based on how fast they crawl your site.  Then within a few days we will simply mail your final invoice as well as a CD-ROM containing a complete copy of your website.
