There are several factors which will affect the price quote for your web design.   To help you understand these factors, we have complied a list of components we factor in the building and pricing of your web site:

	Whether or not your site is a redesign.*
	Number of Pages
	Flash shows and Slideshows
	Pop up windows, banner ads, advertisements
	Forms: Online, PDF
	Database components: php, SQL
	Plug-ins: news ticker, weather, mortgage calculators
	Hosting, Domain Name Registration through us
	Additional Search Engine marketing and submittal
	Other components:  blogs, message boards, event calendars

The custom Web Development Agreement will include all the components required for the site, various items from the list above, and of course the pricing.  If your budget cannot accommodate all the desired components, we will work with you to customize the component list to fit your budget.  Some components are more expensive than others because they are very time-intensive and expert programming may be required.  Just ask your Lanitech representative what items could be eliminated to reduce the overall price.  Always know that you can add additional components at a later date or in "phases".

*redesigns can be slightly discounted because content and logo usually already exist.
